My job is to help you make your home beautiful. Kat Liebschwager Interiors is a full service design firm. We offer services including room layouts, paint, fabric, rug and furniture selections and drapery design. Each project starts with a consultation in your home. During this meeting, we'll discuss what you want, like, dislike, need and dream of. This consultation is free! After this meeting, I will prepare a proposal based upon your input, that includes an estimate of the number of hours of design time I believe the project will take and the cost of the interior design services. All projects are billed on an hourly basis and each project must include design services for at least 2 rooms. In addition, most customers purchase furniture through me as part of their project. I have access and can purchase furniture and accessories from nearly all manufacturers. Also, in some projects, I may recommend pieces from manufacturers that are shown in my retail store (Ruth & Ollie). The cost for furniture and accessory items varies, but suffice it to say that items purchased in connection with a design project through Kat Liebschwager Interiors are priced at levels less than retail. |
